Ladue Landmark Appoints New Chef
Busch’s Grove Announces Todd Lough, Executive Chef

WHAT:

Busch’s Grove, a historic restaurant and a St. Louis landmark located in Ladue, announces the appointment of Todd Lough to the position of Executive Chef.

Lough manages a spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen with a staff of 40 employees, and is responsible for the vitality of Busch’s Grove lunch, dinner and sushi menus.

Thanks to Lough, the dinner menu has received a makeover including the presentation and preparation of their signature Lobster Oriental appetizer.  When creating seasonal plates to please elite tastes, a vast knowledge of St. Louis’ freshest produce is required.  Additionally, to ensure quality and taste, the Chef planted the restaurant’s own herb garden and smokes all fish and meat in house.

Executive Chef Todd Lough gained much of his knowledge of the hospitality and service industry while owning a restaurant in Williamstown, Massachusetts and served as Executive Sous Chef of Turnberry Isle Resort and Club in Aventura, Fl.   Before entering St. Louis’ socialite tradition, Lough worked as Sous Chef for both the Beach Club Restaurant and Reef Bar at Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, FL.
